This trail will take you to one of the most rugged areas of the state. The wooded trail features panoramic views of the Columbia River, Pend Oreille Valley and Deep Creek. Dispersed camping is available at the trailhead and along the trail. Wildflowers and huckleberries are available in season. Be aware- you’re in Grizzly country! The official trail does not reach the top of the peak but user-made trails do. There is a camping site to the right where trail #139 ends.
