The waterways of Northeast Washington have been travelled for centuries
Northeast Washington is a land of water, from the mighty Columbia River and the north-flowing Pend Oreille River, to the tubing-friendly Kettle River and the many smaller rivers and tributaries of the region. Right now the Pend Oreille River Trail is the only official Water Trail in the area, with signage and maps, but more are in the planning stages and will be included here.
