Description: The Ryan Cabin Stickpin Trail actually refers to two trails, the Ryan Trail and the Stickpin Trail. This area was logged 30 years ago for Mountain Pine Beetle control. There are reports of washouts on the Stickpin Trail. Water is accessible along the Stickpin Trail and in places along the Ryan Trail. Watch for wet spots. There are great views at the top of the trails. The Stickpin Trail rises more gently at first with a fairly steep climb near the Kettle Crest. These two trails make a nice day hike loop to the Kettle Crest and back.
