Nine Mile Falls Trail

The Nine Mile Falls Trail #44 is an easy trail through a serene setting that winds down to a viewpoint of the falls. The short, shaded trail leads to a point where you can view Nine Mile Creek as it tumbles over rocks in a sheltered drainage. The trail also provides a look at the East Fork of Nine Mile Creek as it joins the main branch just below the falls. Vegetation is low offering good views through the trees. Although the cross section looks jagged, the overall elevation change of 80 feet is minimal. This is a worthwhile stop on the way to other trails and camps.
