Sullivan Lakeshore Trail

The Sullivan Lakeshore Trail, designated as a National Scenic Trail, is easy and suitable for a family hike. It offers expansive views of 1,300 acre Sullivan Lake. The trail is easy and fairly level, but does cross some rock slides, so sturdy shoes are recommended. Wildlife and wildflowers will be encountered along the way. A short nature trail takes off from the main trail near the north trailhead. A brochure about the nature trail is available at the Sullivan Lake Ranger Station. The trail connects East Sullivan Campground and Noisy Creek Campground, two fine lakeside campgrounds. You can hike or paddle right from camp. There is a $5.00 Day Use Fee if using the parking areas at either trailhead.
